"The
innkeeper at Napa Inn was so kind and went-the-extra-mile indicating
the thoughtful, personal service that is to be enjoyed at this establishment!"

Welcome
to the Napa Inn - a delightful inn, full of romance
and fantasy, removed from the hectic pace of the big city.
For us Napa is paradise found. We love the rolling hills,
the green grass and yellow mustard in the spring, the
warmth of the summer sun, relaxing under a redwood tree,
the beautiful oranges and yellows of the vineyards in
the fall.
Napa
Inn is a labor of love for us. We designed and created
many details of the inn, from tiling bathrooms to building
flower boxes. I am an artist and you will see much of
my work throughout the inn - including wall murals and
faux painting in guestrooms. We
both consider ourselves "people persons" and
delight in telling our guests about the many wonderful
sights to see in this area - a special restaurant, shop,
back road, or hiking trail ... and the best wineries
to visit as well.
We look forward to helping you enjoy the Napa Valley
experience.

The
Napa Inn
was built in 1899 as a wedding gift. The Inn retains the charm
and romantic aura of it's origins. A beautiful Queen Anne Victorian,
furnished in antiques reminiscent of a bygone era when life
was simpler and the pace more relaxed. The
Buford House, a Victorian built in 1877, is
on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located
next door (the properties face different streets, but share
the back parking lot and gardens) to the main building where
guests will go for check-in and breakfast. One
of the guest rooms in this building was featured on "Trading
Spaces" in April of 2005. |
