Built in 1899 as a wedding gift, the inn offers the enchantment and romantic aura of it’s origins. November through March 15 only; holidays excluded.

Elopement & Vow Renewal Package Includes:

  • Lodging in one of our Luxury Suites for two nights in Napa’s most Romantic Inn!
  • Use of Parlor or Gardens for ceremony. (2-6 guests)
  • Our wedding coordinator will assist you in contacting an officiate.
  • A small wedding cake and a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider.
  • An additional charge will apply for arrangement of any other services requested.

Wedding Package Includes:

  • Lodging in one of our Luxury Suites for two nights.
  • Use of Parlor or Gardens for ceremony.
  • Ministers fee (list of available officiates provided).
  • Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere.
  • A small wedding cake and a bottle of champagne or sparkling cider.
  • Assistance with music, restaurant reservations, special requests.
  • Guest list may include up to fifty guests beyond bride and groom.

*Depending on size of ceremony, we may request that you book the entire inn.

Conferences, Meetings and Workshops

The Napa Inn & Spa is a perfect venue for conferences, meetings and reunions. Here at this conveniently located inn, businesspersons discover that work can be both productive and relaxing.

Make use of The Napa Inn & Spa Parlor or the more formal designer – Bradbury & Bradbury silk-screened wallpaper – dining/meeting room. Facility capacity up to 25 persons.

Special to Napa Inn is a Wi-Fi wireless high speed Internet system that allows ease in work for individuals and groups. We also provide fax and data port internet. Free concierge services are included in group packages.

Conference package prices include:
  • Facilities charge for use of common areas.
  • Use of easel, projection screen, wireless internet.
  • Coffee, water, sodas, juice and fruit, cheese and crackers can be included for an added fee.
  • Box lunches can be arranged for an extra fee.
  • Room prices include a full breakfast for all overnight guests, other attendees can participate in breakfast for an extra charge.
  • Catered lunches, dinners or wine tastings can be arranged.
  • We will be happy to arrange for limo transportation and provide full concierge services.
