We are proud to be a breath-easy, non-smoking hotel. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay at our Napa bed and breakfast. There are plenty of exquisite dining options in downtown Napa, including Morimoto Napa, Oenotri, and Caledon. First Night stay upon booking is taken as a deposit and nonrefundable. Fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged and at that time will be nonrefundable.

The Napa Inn & Spa is a historic and charming bed and breakfast in the heart of Napa Valley, offering cozy guestrooms.  Our property features a complimentary gourmet candlelight breakfast, evening wine tastings, coffee and refreshments, and a spa.

  • Prices subject to change during 3 day weekends and holiday periods.
  • All rates are single and double occupancy.
  • A $75 fee will be added for each additional guest, regardless of age.
  • Children 0-10 of age not recommended. Children 10 years of age $75 per night.
  • TOT/Tourism Assessments 14% applies.
  • Prices based on availability.
  • Some weekends have a two night minimum; please call to inquire or check availability online where minimums are noted.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  Once checked in, no cancellations.  All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment.  If anyone in the guest's party smokes in the guest room, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room.  If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
